Russell Brand was 'infatuated' with Kate Moss

Russell Brand was 'infatuated' with Kate Moss Russell Brand has finally revealed about his fling with Kate Moss in the second part of his autobiography, Booky Wook 2, and has claimed that he was infatuated with her.

The comedian said he didn't mention about the supermodel in his previous book because he had an incredible love and respect for the actress. "I didn't want to have a book where I attack people for having kiss and tells, then do a kiss and tell within the book," the Sun quoted him as saying. "But it's such a vital element, such a vital episode of my life, it was incredible. "I thought when I was writing it, 'I don't want her to be upset when she reads it'. I thought if I said something that was intimate then that would be bad. It was more like an encounter with an angel. "The second book is money, models, pop stars and Hollywood. So I thought it was important it maintained the sense I'm a sort of game show winner, as opposed to 'look at me!'
"I had a mad infatuation with her. I didn't feel all cool. It didn't feel like a conquest, it felt like I fell down a well. "I was like a 12-year-old. There was a night where I went and saw the band Dirty Pretty Things and she'd gone separately with Sadie Frost.

"When I saw she was there I felt totally overwhelmed because she is obviously incredibly beautiful and she is Kate Moss."I'd only been famous for about half an hour. Then she sort of looked at me and smiled, then she sent me a text message a bit later, saying, 'Do you wanna meet up?'

"I said 'Yeah, I'll come round'. She said there were paps outside so I couldn't come round. I said I'd dress up as a charlady or something. "I did go round - but not as a charlady. I snuck in some other way. It was mad that was. "I fed that up because I really, really liked her. It was never going to go anywhere but it was mad. She had an assistant - that was amazing to me, a personal assistant - the way things ran in her house. "I just thought she was remarkable. The reason I didn't speak about it ever before is out of respect for her. I was scared to speak about it now because she's protective of herself.
"Other than one or two little scandals, she never talks and she deserves the privacy," he said.

Courtney Love, Kate Moss fling

Courtney Love, Kate Moss fling Courtney Love has claimed she had a fling with Kate Moss.

The rocker has previously admitted sleeping with a famous female model in Milan in the 1990s, but always refused to reveal who it was. Courtney claimed the mystery woman - who she described as "notoriously pretty much gay" - chased her around a hotel room, after which they went to bed together. She also said many of her London-based friends had slept with the star. Courtney has now claimed the model was Kate Moss, adding she is sure the star won't mind her discussing their night of passion. "It was Kate Moss. She doesn't care. It's a great story for the grandchildren, so yeah. Kate wasn't doing a lot of drugs. It was just a thing that happened in Milan in the 90s," she told Irish magazine Hot Press. "It happened and it was fun and whatever.  "And she talks about it and so I hope she doesn't get mad that I outed her about it. I feel like such a kiss and tell. Kate's great, though! Kate's a good friend of mine. I almost bought her house in St John's Wood, London."

Kate is currently dating rocker Jamie Hince. She has previously had relationships with Pete Doherty and Johnny Depp, and has a daughter with magazine editor Jefferson Hack. Courtney also discussed her romances with Gavin Rossdale and Edward Norton. She said Gavin was "really good at snogging", before discussing arguments she had with Edward. The actor was apparently unhappy with a tattoo of the letter K Courtney has, which is in honour of her late husband, Nirvana rocker Kurt Cobain who committed suicide in 1994. "I went to get it taken off. Then I was like, 'F**k that!'" she said.

Kate Moss: The play

Kate Moss: The play  Kate Moss' life is to become a play.

The Croydon-born supermodel will be the focus of a drama which is being written by her musician boyfriend Jamie Hince with her help. An insider said: "Jamie is addicted to playwriting and is always jotting down scenes. "He mentioned an idea to Kate, based around the lives of her and her friends - and Kate leapt at the chance to get involved."

The script will be backed by her friend and Topshop boss Sir Philip Green. However, some of Kate's closest friends are worried the production will reveal intimate details about the notoriously hard partying Primrose Hill set, the nickname for the model's closest friends with include Sadie Frost, actress Davinia Taylor and Rhys Ifans.

The source added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "The script is edgy, and could get a few celebs in trouble. Kate may have to tone things down." The 36-year-old beauty's life would certainly make for interesting theatre, as well as modelling for Burberry, Dior and Chanel, she has dated a host of famous men including Johnny Depp and Pete Doherty. She also has a seven-year-old daughter Lila Grace from her relationship with magazine publisher Jefferson Hack.

Kate Moss’s or Charlene Wittstock’s?

To Whose Wedding Would You Rather Go: Kate Moss’s or Charlene Wittstock’s?
Photo: Splash News

Reports of Kate Moss's upcoming wedding waffled between two dates for the official ceremony: this Friday, July 1, or this Saturday, July 2. Apparently the wedding was originally scheduled for July 2, but Kate had to change it because that's when Charlene Wittstock is marrying the Prince of Monaco, in a wedding that will also take three days. They have many overlapping guests, you see, such as Naomi Campbell and Topshop chief Sir Philip Green, who are missing the last two days of Moss's party to go to Charlene's princess wedding.

Now, say Moss didn't move her wedding. Say she and Charlene really were getting married on the same day. Now, say you were someone of importance, like Naomi or Karl Lagerfeld, and had invitations to both and had to choose between the two: Which one would you go to? Each will be extravagant, but in entirely different ways. Kate's is supposedly modeled after a music festival, and will have Kanye West and Snoop Dogg performing, while Charlene's ought to be full of perfect pretty, pretty princess moments, though there will be more pressure for guests to behave themselves there, not only because it's "that kind" of affair but also because pictures of some of it, at least, are going to come out. So are you putting on your pastels, packing Shout wipes, and going to Charlene's — or hiking up your dress, packing Visine, and going to Kate's?
