Diet sodas increase the risk of stroke and heart disease According to a study recently published the Daily Health Report, many fruit juices, soda pop and other sugary drinks, it seems nothing is completely safe to drink again. Contaminated water, artificial fruit juices and sodas that have too much sugar and too much caffeine may not be healthy.




A study for nearly 10 years show the percentage of people who consume diet soda possibility of stroke or heart attack. Among the nearly 3,000 people who drink diet soda, almost 50 percent of them will probably get a stroke or heart attack in the future.

Experts recommend for people who never drink soda, balanced diet with exercise can help reduce the negative effects on health.
